Absolutely! We encourage it.

I inspect them all. From big to small! Including:

Old homes, New homes (Tarion), Townhouses, Condos, Wet Basements, One System (roof, electrical, plumbing, etc) and even mobile homes.

What do I get?

You will receive a comprehensive online report emailed to you within 24 hours. Including a list of defects, photos and recommendations.

In the report is a PDF of home improvement-ballpark costs for repairs and upgrades. Which is FREE.

“The Home Reference Book- the encyclopedia of homes” is also included FREE of charge. It includes 480 pages that are easy-to-read, supported by 550 colour illustrations. That’s a $45 value!
